Terms and conditions
These terms govern the use of the website im-padelacademy.com and the booking and attendance of sessions and events organised by IM Padel Academy d.o.o.
By booking a slot or enrolling in a programme you confirm that you are familiar with them.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from us by email, WhatsApp or telephone. Slots are allocated in the order requests are received.
Cancellations and no-shows
You may cancel free of charge at least twenty-four hours before the start. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full, except in the case of injury or illness notified before the slot.
Sessions cancelled by the academy are made up at an agreed time or refunded in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in convertible marks and include applicable taxes. Prices published on the site are indicative and may change; for booked slots the price confirmed at the time of booking applies.
Season packages are paid in three instalments on an agreed schedule.
Conduct on court
Sports shoes with non-marking soles are required on court. Please respect other players' slots and the instructions of coaches and staff.
The academy reserves the right to remove from court anyone who endangers the safety of others.
Liability
Participation in sessions and events is at your own risk. We recommend checking your health with a physician before enrolling. The academy is not liable for personal belongings left unattended.
Photography and recordings
At tournaments and public events we photograph and film for the academy's promotional use. If you do not want your image used, tell us before the event or after publication and we will remove it.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of last change shown at the top.
