This policy explains which data IM Padel Academy d.o.o. collects through the website im-padelacademy.com, why it is collected and what rights you have in relation to it.
We process only the data we genuinely need in order to answer your enquiry or deliver the service you asked for.

Data we collect
Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the content of your message. You supply this voluntarily and without it we cannot answer your enquiry.
We do not collect payment data through the website and we do not use cookies for advertising or for tracking you across other websites.
Purpose and legal basis
Data from the contact form is processed on the basis of your request, in order to answer your enquiry and arrange a session where relevant. If you become a member, your data is then processed on the basis of the service agreement.
Retention period
Messages from the contact form are kept for at most twelve months after the last exchange, then deleted. Member data is kept for the duration of the membership and five years afterwards, in line with accounting rules.
Sharing of data
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing. We use hosting and email delivery providers who process data solely on our instructions.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability. Send your request to info@im-padelacademy.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Cookies
The site uses only strictly necessary cookies, including the one that remembers your chosen language. These do not require consent and are not used for profiling.
