Biography
Igor’s approach to padel has always been centered around understanding the game, not just perfecting individual shots. That philosophy became the foundation of the methodology behind IM Padel Academy today.
He leads the academy’s coaching methodology and works primarily with advanced players and competitive pairs. His training goes beyond technique, with a strong focus on positioning, reading the game, and understanding the decisions that come before every shot.
Beyond the court, Igor oversees the overall development of the academy — from training programs and structure to coach development and the standards that define the way IM Padel Academy works.
